Do you think it’s a crime to back the victim, but also to tie one victim’s arm behind the victim’s back? I think it’s monstrous. Maybe the backers should have be honest with the victim in how far they are willing to back them. If they did that, maybe the war would have ended sooner. As you say, who knows.
