    Biden is a lame duck President now that the
    country is in election mode and the Pentagon/
    CIA will lie low to avoid being seen meddling in the political
    process and let's face it, its the Pentagon/CIA that
    calls the shots with the President being the spokesperson
    ala "Yes Minister/Yes Prime Minister" !!!!
