Here you go @AndyL2880@000Milo000 You have already tried this on the day of Kursk invasion. My answer remains extant: If they are able to get the Ukrainians out, like they have previously, without too much loss (and minimal international begging) then that is an option for Moscow.
If they are still getting pushed back after 800+ days - maybe negotiations would have been a better option, in retrospect.
