Kazakhstan's President Tokayev, during a meeting with Scholz, stated that Russia is militarily invincible, and further escalation will lead to irreparable consequences.
In Tokayev's opinion, a good chance for a ceasefire was missed with the refusal to sign the Istanbul agreement, but the opportunity to achieve peace still exists.
