    US/UK backing away fro letting Ukraine use long range missiles to strike targets deep within Russian territory - restraint and caution

    Putin not wanting to escalate an already complicated situation even further - bluffing.

    Please don't let your bias show that much. It's already obvious that you hate bot the Russians and Ukrainians and you love the USA.
