    Financial Times: Plan to provide aid to Ukraine using frozen Russian assets "failed", so EU prepares to provide loans to Ukraine

    The idea with Russian assets is blocked by Hungary, and the allocation of new loans will require only majority support, not unanimity.

    Ukraine needs at least $38 billion in 2025 to cover the deficit.
