putin has the old Tsar model ......the people serve the governemnt as opposed to the democratic model where the government serves the people
putin set out to bring glory to himself and russia and has destroyed russia and disgraced himself ....but the russ people aren't blameless ....they allowed him to entrench himself in power ......they accepted all his russia is destined to rule BS now they pay for that
