I appreciate your optimism but: -If the West sells Russian assets (steals in tangs language) then BRICS/African/M/E countries who may in the future have conflict with the USA will likely firewall their assets against US/Western seizure adversely impacting the status of the USD as a global reserve currency
From what I understand the proposal is to use the interest on these assets to be given to the Ukraine...not the liquidation of the asset.
