IMO Rusky industry is in munitions and delivery systems
manufacturing mode. If it could do so in WW2 with alot
less resources, then IMO it can do so now.
That said, NATO has the capacity at present to pump
alot more war materials into the Ukraine but I guess
the US does not want to use its latest war tech on
this war in case the Chinese would gain up to date
info on US conventional war hardware & software
After all the greatest threat to US global hegemony
is China aided by Russia ...not the other way around
