Putin will have to fire nukes all over the globe and someone has to fire just one to Moscow to kaput Russia as Moscow practically is Russia. If Putin is successful in hitting somewhere, Russia will be an outcast for centuries. Most nukes Putin fires might backfire or will land in Russia or Belarus anyway, so beware potato head.
Anyways, something seems pretty bad at Kremlin for Putin & Co to talk that much of nukes.
