ANYONE USING NUCLEAR WEAPONS AS A FIRST STRIKE :
1. Endangers the world
2. Is morally bankrupt
3.Admits conventional warfare failure
4. suffers reprocussions - from many countries .....in many forms
putin has tried this nuclear blackmail for a long time .....there is no-one else considering it - it's not to defend but to attack another nation -there is no moral justification for it
nuclear blackmail if successful will be tried again ......cannot be allowed to succeed
