Der Spiegel: The plan for the operation to blow up the Nord Streams was approved by Zaluzhny when he was the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Zelensky was not informed.
The publication claims that the organizer of the operation was Special Operations Forces Colonel Roman Chervinsky, although he himself denies involvement in the sabotage.
It is noted that the Streams were blown up by a group of several people, mostly civilians. The cost of the operation was about $300 thousand.
