You are half right when you say: "Kamaz can't sell more trucks"
but like a good propagandist ...you dont say why?

The reason is that Kamaz is a major truck/transport equipment
supplier to the Russian Armed Forces and by your published
stats on Russian truck/transport losses in this war, there is good
reason that Kamaz's commercial sales are down ....ie: Kamaz
is flat chat manufacturing for the armed forces and these numbers
are not published because they are considered "National Security" war stats.
