For those who think that Russia will relinquish territory taken from the Ukraine in any future negotiations should consider the big picture IMO. IMO Russia offered the Ukraine an practicle exmple of what would happen to the Ukraine in 2008 if it pursued its application to join NATO: -IE: The Georgian example Aug 2008 when Russia took 2 Oblasts from Georgia thereby procluding it from joining NATO.(georgia's then intention) -The US backed Maidan in Kiev indicated that the Ukraine intended to join NATO so Russia immediately took Crimea and backed the Separatists in the 2 Donbas Oblasts. -That wasn't enough to discourage the Ukraine from joining NATO (Pro Nato Referendum & Election results 2019) ......hence the Russian all out invasion in Feb 2022. IMO Covid delayed the subsequent invasion by 2 years ....otherwise it would have likely happened in 2020. So the object lesson by Russia now to Moldova, Georgia and Belarus seems to be: "If you make any further moves to join NATO, Russia will do a "Ukraine" on you. And those who think that the Ukraine is winning are kidding with themselves, IMO.! The Ukraine will end up a Rump State (The US Republicans likely option) and on NATO/EU welfare for generations, IMO.

PS: and for those who think that Trump's immediate solution for the Ukraine war is not conceding Ukrainian territory to Russia....think again eh? .....its also the Republican's policy too because Trump is the Republican presidential candidate...not an Independent!
