in broader terms GDP growth is a good thing

but .....not when it's artificial ie. funded from debt and the robbing of the sovereign wealth fund because that is siumply robbing the future

and NOT when that growth is in a completewly NON PRODUCTIVE sector such as armaments immediately used up in warfare .....this has a COST but no BENEFIT to the economy .

I look forward to the time when you can understand this simple point .
Maybe if you actually read economics for dummies .


ps .....Doubtful though that the russ economy IS actually growing ....and certainly won't be this FY......russia produces the figures the world appraises and they are not detailed at present .....in war the truth is the first casualty .....not in russias interest to show a weak economy .
