Mostly USA as of late. Since the end of WW2, Europe has largely been a slave to US interests and does not have a voice. Look at the wwole Nordstream situation, that dealt a massive amount of damage to the European economy. According to some German politicians, Ukraine and USA have been involved in the destruction of the pipelines. Yet nobody in Europe is to keen top pursue an active investigation.

There are countless articles, research papers and books detailing American neo-colonialism, in countries all over the globe. Including Europe, South America, Africa and a whole bunch of Asian countries, including Japan and South Korea.

Plenty of documents detailing USA's covert involvement and political meddling in dozens of countries.

Trillions of dollars worth of wealth stolen. Millions of people killed. In the name of US-establishments lust for money and power.
