as I said .....brigades are rotated IN and OUT......you can't just count all the brigades ....or pretend elements of them are WHOLE brigades

russia have about 40,000 troops ....as you know ....they need to have greater numbers than the defenders ....some say 3 to 1 .....to take back ground this is a better indication of UAF strength in Kursk
