Zelensky lashed out at the sponsors for delaying aid and the lack of a decision on long-range strikes against Russia.
In his evening address, he noted that "resilince at the front" suffers from this delay.
"Timeliness in support is resilience at the front. The front must be strengthened. And long-range capabilities must finally be provided exactly as needed to end this war," he explained to his allies.
