Poots still constrained by fear of NATO, just now he has had it absolutely confirmed that his superpower military is more puff than power and NATO would wipe the floor with it in a conventional war.

So capability in the real world, generally doesn’t mean much, as seems to be the Houthi’s want to poke Israel and the West.

But what ever floats your now one and only mothballed aircraft carrier.
