already an update on thid with different info ......Ukrainian Defense Forces did not shoot down the Russian military plane in the Donetsk region, as it was attacked by the Russians themselves, a source in the military told RBC-Ukraine.
According to the source, the plane shot down near Kostiantynivka was launching modified bombs at the territory controlled by Ukraine. But it was shot down not by Ukrainian air defense, but in a friendly fire.
The source did not provide any other details. Including whether it was a Su-25 or a Su-34.
