yes ....putin really needs to steal a lot more kids .....russia has a fairly low birth rate , very very high mortallity rate .....and that was BEFORE the war !
net result is a declining russian population ....but putin IS addressing that issue ....by killing way more russians quickly, and keeping others from their wives so no kids are born ....and encouraging others to LEAVE russia for safer places away from enlistment
