I'm posting as neutral and totally against war
as a civilised way of resolving international conflict
and to addvocate war as a civilised means of resolving
conflict is simply an oxymoran , IMO.
Here is Wilipedia's take on "Security Dilemma"
which in essence is that if a country bolsters its security
at the expense of a powerful neighbour, then that may
end up in war. To allow bigotary to screen that brute
inevitability (as Cuba discovered in 1962) is foolish
at best and in this case, tragic.
