he's still pretending it's about nazis if they want to negotiuate ....NEGOTIATE ....and stop making silly demands
there is no percentage ion Ukraine stopping ....having russia take a year or so to fix their economy and stockpiles ....then come again
there has to be assurances .....assurances , not russias word which is worth nothing .....that it is a permanent solution only THEN , will Ukraine consider sacrifcing some of their land for peace
a sensible person would understand these points.....if you want to incentivise a negotiated settlement ....there has to be give and take ....not russian take and take that you espouse
