Yesterday, Ukrainian officials reported that a Russian missile hit a Palau-flagged grain vessel in Odesa port.
The attack killed at least one Ukrainian national and injured five crew members in the second such attack in as many days, officials said.
It followed damage to a civilian Saint Kitts and Nevis-flagged vessel loaded with corn in the port of Pivdennyi on Sunday.
Odesa regional governor Oleg Kiper said: "Russian terrorists are once again trying to disrupt the work of the Ukrainian grain corridor."
He was referring to work in the port area to export grain products internationally.
Russia has been consistently accused of deliberately targeting Ukrainian grain infrastructure since a UN and Turkey-brokered deal collapsed which had allowed exports to resume from Black Sea ports after they were blockaded by Vladimir Putin's forces.
