Nothing but misleading.

While the fascist regime has not used a 1500 kg bomb on a densely populated city yet, Russia has dropped them on Ukrainian villages and Russia frequently uses smaller versions of these glide bombs to deliberately target civilians in cities.

Both have the same aim, to kill innocent Ukrainians in more Russian war crimes.
