Former Ukrainian MP Yuriy Sirotyuk stated that the upper mobilization threshold should be lowered every six months.

"For example, at the beginning of 2025, people starting from 24 years of age can be recruited into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. And from July, 23-year-olds should be called up. Young men will understand their prospects, and the army will be rejuvenated," he explained.


Lowering the mobilisation age is being mentioned more and more. Conditioning Ukrainians for what's to come within the next few months.
