    Information-Psychological Warfare

    Interesting developments from NATO: from October 3 to 11, exercises called "NATO POWERFUL WORD 2024" are taking place in Olomouc, Czech Republic, focusing on the use of non-lethal means of influence.

    Participating in these exercises are units from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, Germany, the UK, and the US, all involved in civil-military cooperation (CIMIC).

    The goal of the exercises is to enhance coordination in conducting:

    ✅Psychological operations (PSYOP);
    ✅ Information operations (IO);
    ✅ Civil-military interaction (CIMIC).

    The expected outcome is to increase integration among NATO's CIMIC forces, ensuring synchronization of non-lethal effects across all multinational units. These exercises aim to improve operational compatibility at the tactical level and within headquarters, developing joint tactics and methods that will be crucial for future joint operations.

    Unlike the lethal component, NATO is already effectively engaged in warfare against Russia through information-psychological operations. Moreover, this front is not expected to stagnate even if the war in Ukraine were to freeze; rather, its importance within the conflict structure will likely increase.

    In the West, it has long been understood that this method of warfare is thousands of times cheaper while delivering significant impact
