That kite won't fly because NATO has already stated that Ukraine won't be joining NATO. That may now change because Russia is doing its best to destroy the country. But that's not what Putin is supposed be there for, is it? He's only there to de-Nazify Ukraine and Putin wouldn't lie, would he?
