There won't be a cease-fire, unless a detailed plan is worked out for further de-escalation. The cease-fire plan itself (or at least what gets reported on) is very vague. Who is going to observe the cease-fire along the 2 thousand km front line?
What's going to happen with active battles, where Ukrainians or Russians are encircled? The shooting stops and the troops simply walk out of the encirclement?
Never mind the fact that Zelensky's government announced that the mobilization continues, and USA has resumed weapons supplies.
Just that alone provides sufficient evidence to conclude that Zelensky does not intend on de-escalating.
