wow that victory Day celebration is a dull affair with Putin shuffling around with his little arms barely looking at the people all around him so bizarre no public, no media just propaganda and fenced off screened 'crowd' to walk past at 50m with 15 bodyguards four of whom are carrying identical black briefcases ( what's in those briefcases ) I was expecting at least a flyover as well but nothing came
