1.reff. conducted by the separatist army which did have a certain bias
2.only conducted int he parts of Donbas THEY CONTOLLED ., not all of Donetsk and Luhansk !
3.apparently people were voting as many times as they wanted too

this so called refferendum has as little validity as the Crimean one where a ridiculously high figure got produced
