When will Vlad the Invader hold referenda in his own country to see which parts of Russia might want to secede or join other countries? He seems to like referenda, so what is stopping him? Surely a fair minded person like you would agree that these referenda should work both ways? The results of course should be binding and they should be conducted by independent international agencies to dispel any notion of corruption.
