No Crom, Lucky's geopolitical views are entirely based on his hatred towards the US and NATO. His position essentially is that he is against anything the US is in favour of or is involved with. It will never be merit or issue based. If the US was to ever come to the aid of Serbia he'd probably be against that as well. Because the US is essentially about democracy, the by-product of Lucky's position is that he most likely will support totalitarianism, but only because the US won't.
