If Putin was 'always' going to invade Ukraine why didn't he do it in 2015 or 2016 or 2017 or 2018 or 2019 or 2020 ?
Wouldn't directly after the US coup of 2014 in all the chaos be the best time to have invaded if "Putin was always going to invade Ukraine" ?
