    so it's shooting up in value but there's no liquidity ? and / or RF getting paid in Rubles appreciating makes it even harder for their customers to trade in it as the Forex conversion keeps rising

    a depreciating Ruble would be better for their 'outside sanctions' trade ambitions

    time for RF to start printing money !!!!!
