Putin is known to put people in jail who oppose him or don't please him. That is a totally different type of 'justice', more like an abuse of power. So when is Vlad the Invader or Vlad the Thief putting himself and his oligarch cronies in jail for stealing more than a $1 trillion worth of Russian state assets from Russian citizens? He is the biggest thief of all, so an extremely lengthy jail sentence would only be appropriate.
