I do believe that the unprecedented sanctions against the ordinary Russians imposed by the West, are doing more damage to them than the oligarchs not sharing their wealth.

Until yesterday those oligarchs were regular at to be parties across Europe and St Barts. The rich and famous from across the free and fair West liked to be pampered by the Russian money. No body cared where the money was coming from. All of a sudden, it’s a dirty Russian money and we don’t want it anymore. Too late if you ask me.

Are you deluded or just demented when you try to make the Oligarchs to be philanthropic when they have ripped off the Russian citizens for in excess of a trillion dollars worth of state assets? There is clearly something seriously wrong with you. They aren't Robin hood, they are just plain robbin'. I'm sure you would try to lie a circle straight.
