Not even China has opened new contract with Russia and Shell got caught red handed 2 weeks into the invasion buying discount oil from Russia and ended up having to cut all business with Russia due to the global condemnation. Only India has bought these heavily discount oil from Russia and making big profit due to the current high oil price which isn't sustainable so OPEC will now increase production by 50% to control and lower the oil price.
