However, in the first place it will be us in the West who will have to worry. NOT the Russky civilians. The Russian civilians will need to worry if and when we retaliate with nuclear weapons.

You think Putin should be worried? Crap! You clearly have no understanding of what it is that you are writing and that is because your English is very poor. We have to reconstruct your written language before responding - that is how bad you are.
