30,000 dead soldiers doesn't sound like winning.

Losing so many Generals, sounds a bit careless or incompetent. so ditto.

Let's not talk about the reality that after over 100 days of the 'non' war, Russia has hardly advanced any positions.

Yes Zelenskyy is asking for more. But he's also pretty confident of winning. That's why Putin is trying to get the West to not 'humiliate' him.
