Russia's energy export revenue are on a steep decline as the EU transition away from them, Putin are resorting to sell them at a big discount to India and China so Putin's financial backing is fast dropping and more so in a years time. I'll expect Ukraine to withdraw and hold a defensive position until these new weapon arrive and these aren't international loan like you've suggested, the US and EU countries are giving them to Ukraine to defend themself from Putin's aggression.
