Rubbish ! Those were always countries prior to Jugoslavia and had largely gained independance on THEIR OWN ! Took years for NATO to intervene and only then soparked by Ethnic cleansing in Bosnia .
The difference in Ukraine was Russia was destabalising the Donbas by sending in troops and equipment to actively encourage,something that never existed prior to their intervention . Alos no ethnic cleansing and even WITH Russian support was a very minor conflict compared to the balkans .
Never any honesty from you just an attempt again to justify the unjustifiable by lies .
