"Could" be so why is Putin concern??? Yes, Russia has survived massive economic impact from the Cold War but not when they've been use to living with prosperity for the last 20 years after Putin opened Russia to the global market and sold their country's resources to fuel his military might, any leader could have done that and make their country prosperous selling resources to the world lol. And how ironic, this will be the reason why they will be living again in USSR era for decades with further young and well educated Russian all leaving from the unrecoverable economy unless Putin is gone.
