    That's normal for the Russians. There was indiscriminate killing and raping of 2 million German civilians in the eastern provinces (East Prussia, Silesia, Pomerania) by Russia's Red Army in 1945-50. Back then no-one cared too much, coming as it did straight after WW2, but they repeated it many times since (Afghanistan, Georgia, Chechnya, and more generally to their own civilians during Soviet times. The Reds are nothing but brutal, mindless savages. Kind of like Putin himself.
