    Bit old - doubt it anyway - we know Russia riscouting it's oil to China and India , I heard $30/barrel .
    Need more detail than that to be credible - someone supporting Russias wishful thinking perhaps.
    Oil price has been trending down over that time too .

    Then there's the huge cost of the war to Russia .
