Putin is the closest leader to the NAZI ideal, a dictator, wiped out internal opposition, believes countries should fall under his control based on Ethic racial grounds. Invaded a neighbouring democratic country, without support internationally for land. Belarus doesn't want to be involved, Putin is leaning very heavily on them economic pressure to open another front.
