Hi Lucky, my Bosnian university friend who was made a refugee to grow up in Sweden would probably see it differently than the way you see it. He wasn't an economic refugee.
I don't think Serbia can claim that nothing was happening there, but I'm not really across that period of time in that part of the world, so I'm not one who could credibly and emphatically counter your assertion. I will say that even the words of the article you posted throw up conjecture about the whole situation. I do respect your point of view though and don't wish to bring up old memories that you may want to forget. Are you a Red Star fan? Peace bud.
