Are you serious? Why would Putin do that?
He is winning on all fronts,
Russians are taking more terrritory everyday.
He is winning the economic war and Europe is losing it.
The US is frustrated and Americans are not going to stand for the amount of spend on weapons
Winter to Europe is around the corner and protests against sanctions from frustrated citizens will start soon enough
etc etc
Why change tactics when your'e winning.
If anyone is going to start a nuclear war it will be the West, out of shear frustration.
