    I certainly hope you are correct but I'm not so foolish as to underestimate Butcher Putin.

    Either he has descended into the mindset of a senile old fool or he has other viable and perhaps unexpected extortions planned.

    Maybe Putin will start extorting those EU communities with pissant leaders..... in other words the weak points in the wall.
