    the casualty there would be "Putin pride" and we know he values THAT more than lives or economics or even the welfare of his country .

    if he leaves this too long his bargaining position will continue to weaken and he will be stuffed !

    then of course the nukes risks from this "loose canon" increases .
    the other "unlikely" that becomes more likely would be a coup
